i4one Inc. was established in 2013 to create Extraordinary Professionals. We provide certification and training programs to Accountants and other Professionals and acts a master distributor of software programs, books, and other merchandise that are beneficial to professionals especially in the accounting industry. We also conduct events such as Philippine Tax Congress (happening every May and December) and The EntraProfessionals Summit (happening every October).

We help companies promote growth and skill-enhancement though in-house training and seminars. We guarantee client satisfaction though the way we deliver our service which is our Pajama Brand of Service:

  • We maintain exceptionally personalizes client relationship by saying “hi” to clients every time we arrive in the morning. We also do 10-15 minute client discussion updates before ending each day.
  • We never put our clients on a dead-end. We always provide at least 3 options to resolve issues or concerns.
  • We reply within 5 minutes (phone-in and email concerns) upon reading the communications. We give updates within 24-48 hours for pending communications. We also provide clients access to Client Happiness Portal (CHP) for concerns not immediately addressed by engagement team.
  • We accept mistakes, act on issues and move forward. We do not blame other people. We have “can do” and will do mindset. We practice “leaders eat last” policy.
  • We maintain a positive attitude in the workplace and fill our minds with positive inputs on a daily basis.
  • We practice the day 2 principle wherein we always rank ourselves 2;10 as a reminder that we can still grow more.
